First Time Hygiene Pricing Terms & Conditions
Rodericks Dental Partners Limited (a limited company incorporated in England & Wales, with Company Number: 00190237 and whose registered office is at 15 Basset Court Loake Close, Grange Park, Northampton, England, NN4 5EZ (“Rodericks”) (“us”, “our” or “we”), offers a discounted fee for patients attending their first private hygiene appointment at participating practices. Any services purchased by a private patient (“you” or “your”) in connection with this pricing arrangement are subject to the terms and conditions set out below:
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which can be found via our website: https://rodericksdentalpartners.co.uk/. By booking or attending an appointment under this pricing arrangement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1.2 The discounted first appointment fee is subject to appointment availability and, where applicable, your clinical suitability for treatment. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or discontinue this pricing arrangement at any time.
1.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from the amendment, withdrawal or discontinuation of this pricing arrangement.
1.4 Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and associated cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.
1.5 Product and treatment prices are subject to change from time to time.
1.6 Please contact the practice for further information regarding eligibility, pricing or appointment availability.
1.7 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Additional Terms for First Private Hygiene Appointment Pricing
2.1 Eligibility. The discounted first appointment fee is available to new and existing private patients. The discounted fee applies exclusively to private hygiene appointments and is not available in respect of NHS treatment or NHS-funded services. Patients who are registered with a Rodericks practice as NHS patients may qualify for the discounted first appointment fee where they choose to book and receive a hygiene appointment on a private basis. The discounted first appointment fee is available once per patient only and applies solely to the patient’s first private hygiene appointment under this pricing arrangement.
2.2 First Appointment Price. Eligible patients will receive a 20% reduction from the practice’s standard private hygiene appointment fee for their first private hygiene appointment at a Rodericks practice. The discounted fee applies once per patient only. Any subsequent hygiene appointments will be charged at the practice’s standard fees applicable at the time of treatment.
2.3 What’s included. The discounted fee applies only to the hygiene appointment itself. The discounted fee does not apply to examinations, consultations, X-rays, scans, prescriptions, dental treatment, products, or any other services provided by the practice unless expressly stated otherwise. Any additional treatment or services recommended or requested will be discussed with you and charged at the Practice’s usual fees.
2.4 Practice participation. The discounted fee is available across all Rodericks practices. Availability may vary by location. Please contact your practice before booking.
2.5 Booking and deposits. Online and in-practice booking are available for assessments. The usual deposit, cancellation and failure-to-attend policies apply. Details are available during booking and from your practice upon request.
2.6 Timeframe; Non-transferable; no combination. The discounted first appointment fee may only be used once by each private patient and applies only to their first private hygiene appointment with the practice. The discounted fee is personal to the patient and cannot be transferred. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, membership benefit or reduced-fee arrangement unless expressly agreed by the practice.
2.7 Finance. Where finance options are offered, they are subject to status and affordability, to applicants aged 18 and over only, and provided by third-party lenders. Terms and conditions apply. Please ask at your practice for details.
2.8 Marketing and imagery. Any images used are for illustrative purposes only. Results vary between individuals.
2.9 Right to withdraw or amend. Rodericks reserves the right to amend or withdraw the discounted first appointment fee at any time. Any such change will not affect appointments already booked and paid for before the change takes effect.
2.10 Complaints.
