Promotion Terms & Conditions
Rodericks Dental Partners Limited (a limited company incorporated in England & Wales, with Company Number: 00190237 and whose registered office is at 15 Basset Court Loake Close, Grange Park, Northampton, England, NN4 5EZ (“Rodericks”) (“us”, “our” or “we”), from time to time runs special offers, deductions, discounts or promotions on treatments (together called the “Promotion” or “Promotions”). Any services purchased by the customer (“you” or “your”) in conjunction with any such Promotions, are subject to the terms and conditions below:
1. General Terms
1.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy can be found at https://rodericksdentalpartners.co.uk and any participant of the Promotion is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotions Terms and Conditions and the Standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom, who must be aged 18 or over.
1.2 Only one Promotion can be applied at a time. A Promotion may not be used in combination with other Promotions, or exchanged with any other discounts or be substituted or redeemed for cash, except where specified by us.
1.3 You must mention the Promotion when booking the appointment to redeem.
1.4 Excluded products or treatments will not qualify or be redeemable as a Promotion.
1.5 All Promotions are subject to availability of appointments and your suitability for the treatment as a patient. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, end this Promotion at any time or alter these Promotional Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
1.6 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Promotion or any failure or inability by you to take advantage of a Promotion for any reason.
1.7 Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.
1.8 Product and treatment prices are subject to change.
1.9 All Promotions will state the opening date and time and the closing date and time, and the Promotion will only be open for that term.

1.11 These Promotional Terms and Conditions and this Promotion is governed by English law. Should any disputes arise in connection with this Promotion, and should you wish to take court proceedings, then this must be done within the courts of the United Kingdom.
2. Additional Terms for “Implants Event Day” Promotion
2.1 Offer and dates. The “Implants Event Day” promotion applies on specified event dates at participating Rodericks practices. Appointment availability is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
2.1 Eligibility and clinical suitability. Patients must be aged 18 or over. Implant treatment is only available if, in the clinical judgment of a Rodericks implant clinician, you are clinically suitable. A clinical assessment is required before treatment. If you are not clinically suitable, implant treatment will not proceed. If remedial (non-implant) treatment is required to achieve suitability, the promotional discount will be honoured provided that such remedial work is completed within 12 months of your event day consultation and you then proceed to implant treatment as advised by your clinician.
2.3 Discount and scope of treatment. A 10% discount applies to implant related treatment plan items at the same practice, up to a maximum total saving of £2,000 per patient per treatment plan under this promotion. The discount applies to implant placement/surgical items and associated prosthetic components (e.g. abutments, crowns/bridges over implants, locator/multi-unit components, overdenture attachments), and to standard planning items directly related to the implant plan (e.g. surgical guide). The discount does not apply to non-implant or preparatory treatment (for example: extractions, periodontal/hygiene therapy, endodontics, restorative remedial work, sinus lift/bone grafting where separately priced if you elect to exclude from the discounted plan, sedation, or general dentistry), unless expressly stated in your treatment plan. Any excluded treatment will be discussed with you in advance and charged at the practice’s usual fees. To qualify for the discount, you must accept the treatment plan and pay any required deposit within 30 days of your event day consultation, unless your clinician confirms that remedial work is required first (see clause 2.1), in which case the discount will be honoured if you complete that remedial work and proceed within the 12 month window.
2.4 Consultation and diagnostics. A free implant consultation is available on the event day at participating practices. The free consultation includes a clinical discussion, oral examination, treatment options, a cost overview and Q&A. Diagnostic imaging (for example, X rays/OPG/CBCT and any laboratory planning models or scans) may be clinically required and, if so, will be chargeable at the practice’s usual fees; your clinician will explain any such charges before they are incurred.
2.5 Practice participation. The promotion is available only at participating practices and on stated event dates. Not all practices offer event days, some practices may opt out due to clinician discretion or capacity. Please check the practice list and dates on this page or contact your practice before booking.
2.6 Booking and deposits. Booking for event consultations is available online or via participating practices. The practice’s usual deposit and cancellation policy applies to consultations and any subsequent treatment; the policy will be displayed during booking and is available on request. If you do not proceed to treatment, any deposit for treatment (if taken) will be handled in accordance with the practice’s policy.
2.7 Non-transferable; no combination. The offer is personal to the patient and cannot be transferred. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
2.8 Finance. Where finance options are offered, they are subject to status and affordability checks and are available to applicants aged 18 or over only. Finance is provided by Tabeo Finance Limited. Rodericks Dental Partners Limited (FRN 1024483) is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Tabeo Finance Limited (FRN 777539). Tabeo Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and acts as a credit broker and loan servicer. It will only introduce you to one suitable lender based on your choice of loan. Representative example (for illustration): Cash price £3,492; deposit £0; credit £3,492; 12 monthly payments of £291; total amount repayable £3,492; 0% APR representative. Terms and conditions apply. Your actual plan, deposit and term may differ depending on your treatment plan and eligibility.
2.9 Marketing and imagery. Any images used are for illustrative purposes only. Treatment plans, timelines and outcomes vary by individual.
2.10 Right to withdraw or amend. Rodericks reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion due to events outside its reasonable control. This will not affect patients who have accepted a qualifying treatment plan and paid any required deposit within the applicable timeframe.
