Invisalign Event Day Promotion®
Rodericks Dental Partners Limited (a limited company incorporated in England & Wales, with Company Number: 00190237 and whose registered office is at 15 Basset Court Loake Close, Grange Park, Northampton, England, NN4 5EZ (“Rodericks”) (“us”, “our” or “we”), from time to time runs special offers, deductions, discounts or promotions on treatments (together called the “Promotion” or “Promotions”). Any services purchased by the customer (“you” or “your”) in conjunction with any such Promotions, are subject to the terms and conditions below:
1. General Terms
1.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which can be found at https://rodericksdentalpartners.co.uk/website-terms-and-conditions and https://rodericksdentalpartners.co.uk/privacy-policy and any participant of the Promotion is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotions Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom, who must be aged 18 or over.
1.2 Only one Promotion can be applied at a time. A Promotion may not be used in combination with other Promotions, or exchanged with any other discounts or be substituted or redeemed for cash, except where specified by us.
1.3 You must mention the Promotion when booking the appointment to redeem.
1.4 Excluded products or treatments will not qualify or be redeemable as a Promotion.
1.5 All Promotions are subject to availability of appointments and your suitability for the treatment as a patient. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, end this Promotion at any time or alter these Promotional Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
1.6 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Promotion or any failure or inability by you to take advantage of a Promotion for any reason.
1.7 Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.
1.8 Product and treatment prices are subject to change.
1.9 All Promotions will state the opening date and time and the closing date and time, and the Promotion will only be open for that term.

1.11 These Promotional Terms and Conditions and this Promotion is governed by English law. Should any disputes arise in connection with this Promotion, and should you wish to take court proceedings, then this must be done within the courts of the United Kingdom.
2. Additional Terms for “Invisalign® Event” Promotion
2.1 Participating practices, event dates and eligibility. The “Invisalign® Event” promotion applies only at participating Rodericks practices and on the specific event dates listed on this page. Appointment availability is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Practices may opt in or out depending on clinician availability and capacity. Eligible patients must be aged 18 or over.
2.2 Offer summary.
2.2.1 Discount: 15% off eligible Invisalign® treatment plan items for the first ten (10) patients per event who are clinically suitable and accept a qualifying treatment plan during the offer period.
2.2.2 Free 3D Smile Scan: A complimentary intraoral/3D scan is available at the event consultation.
2.2.3 Whitening offer: Whitening may be offered free of charge where clinically appropriate and not contraindicated. This is available only to patients aged 18 and over who proceed with Invisalign® treatment at the same practice.
2.2.4 Finance options: Interest‑free and/or other finance options may be available. See clause 2.8.
2.3 How to redeem discount and scope of treatment.
2.3.1 To qualify for the 15% discount, you must:
(a) attend an event consultation at a participating practice;
(b) be assessed as clinically suitable for Invisalign® treatment; and
(c) accept the treatment plan and pay any required deposit within 30 days of your event consultation (or by the stated offer end date for that event, if earlier).
2.3.2 If remedial treatment is recommended before Invisalign® can start, the 15% discount will be honoured provided the remedial work is completed at the same practice and you proceed to Invisalign® treatment within 6 months of the event consultation.
2.3.3 The 15% discount applies to eligible Invisalign® treatment plan items at the same practice (for example, Invisalign® Comprehensive/Moderate/Light/Express packages as offered locally, attachments/precision wings if part of the package, and standard planning items). The discount does not apply to excluded items in clause 2.4.3 unless your plan states otherwise.
2.4 Clinical assessment and what is included/excluded.
2.4.1 Suitability: Invisalign® treatment will only proceed where, in the clinician’s professional judgment, you are clinically suitable. If you are not suitable, treatment will not be offered.
2.4.2 Inclusions: Your plan will set out the proposed Invisalign® aligner treatment and the items included in the price (for example, aligners, routine reviews during active treatment, and one set of removable retainers if included by that practice). Inclusions vary by practice. Please check your plan.
2.4.3 Exclusions and additional charges: Diagnostics (e.g. X rays/OPG/CBCT), hygiene/periodontal therapy, restorative or remedial dentistry, replacement of lost/damaged aligners or retainers, additional whitening gels, and any elective or preparatory treatment are chargeable unless expressly included in your plan. Your clinician will explain any required diagnostics and charges before they are incurred.
2.4.4 Treatment times and outcomes: Treatment times, number of aligners and outcomes vary by individual. Any reference to timelines (e.g. “as little as 6 months”) is indicative only and not a guarantee.
2.5 Limits, availability and changes.
2.5.1 The discount is limited to the first ten (10) qualifying patients per event. Once the allocation is filled, standard pricing applies.
2.5.2 We may amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion due to events outside our reasonable control. This will not affect patients who have already accepted a qualifying plan and paid any required deposit within the applicable timeframe.
2.5.3 Product and treatment prices are subject to change. Prices were correct at time of publication.
2.6 Booking and deposits. Booking for event consultations is available online or via participating practices. The practice’s usual deposit and cancellation policy applies to consultations and any subsequent treatment. This will be displayed during booking and is available on request. If you choose not to proceed to treatment, any treatment deposit (if taken) will be handled in accordance with the practice’s policy.
2.7 Non-transferable; no combination. The offer is personal to the patient and cannot be transferred. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated.
2.8 Finance. Where finance is offered, it is available to applicants aged 18 and over and subject to status and affordability checks. Finance is provided by Tabeo Finance Limited. Rodericks Dental Partners Limited (FRN 1024483) is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Tabeo Finance Limited (FRN 777539), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and acts as a credit broker and loan servicer. It will only introduce you to one suitable lender based on your choice of loan. 2.10 Right to withdraw or amend. Rodericks reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion due to events outside its reasonable control. This will not affect patients who have accepted a qualifying treatment plan and paid any required deposit within the applicable timeframe.
