Simplyhealth whitening promotion - Terms & Conditions
Rodericks Dental Partners Limited (a limited company incorporated in England & Wales, with Company Number: 00190237 and whose registered office is at 15 Basset Court Loake Close, Grange Park, Northampton, England, NN4 5EZ (“Rodericks”) (“us”, “our” or “we”), from time to time runs special offers, deductions, discounts or promotions on treatments (together called the “Promotion” or “Promotions”). Any services purchased by the customer (“you” or “your”) in conjunction with any such Promotions, are subject to the terms and conditions below:
1. General Terms
1.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Standard Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://rodericksdentalpartners.co.uk/website-terms-and-conditions and our Privacy Policy which can be found at https://rodericksdentalpartners.co.uk/privacy-policy and any participant of the Promotion is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotions Terms and Conditions and the Standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom, who must be aged 18 or over.
1.2 Only one Promotion can be applied at a time. A Promotion may not be used in combination with other Promotions, or exchanged with any other discounts or be substituted or redeemed for cash, except where specified by us.
1.3 You must mention the Promotion when booking the appointment to redeem.
1.4 Excluded products or treatments will not qualify or be redeemable as a Promotion.
1.5 All Promotions are subject to availability of appointments and your suitability for the treatment as a patient. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, end this Promotion at any time or alter these Promotional Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
1.6 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Promotion or any failure or inability by you to take advantage of a Promotion for any reason.
1.7 Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.
1.8 Product and treatment prices are subject to change.
1.9 All Promotions will state the opening date and time and the closing date and time, and the Promotion will only be open for that term.

1.11 These Promotional Terms and Conditions and this Promotion is governed by English law. Should any disputes arise in connection with this Promotion, and should you wish to take court proceedings, then this must be done within the courts of the United Kingdom.
2. Additional Terms for “Simplyhealth Whitening” Promotion
2.1 Participating Practices & Promotion Period. . The "Simplyhealth Whitening Promotion" will run at all Rodericks Dental Partners practices during the period Friday 13th February 2026 to Friday 13th March 2026. Eligible patients must be aged 18 or over.
2.2 Offer Description & Eligibility. This Promotion is open exclusively to Simplyhealth members aged 18 or over. Participation remains subject to clinical assessment and suitability at the discretion of the treating clinician.
2.3 How to redeem Promotion. To redeem this Promotion, Simplyhealth members must complete the specified form on the dedicated Rodericks promotional landing page at https://rodericksdentalpartners.co.uk/simplyhealth-whitening. The offer is for a whitening treatment, as described on the landing page. Appointments must be booked by Friday 13th March 2026.
2.4 Clinical assessment and what is included/excluded. All treatment is subject to a dentist’s clinical assessment and suitability. Results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. For the purposes of this promotion, a ‘treatment plan’ comprises the clinical examination, diagnostics, diagnosis, treatment options and fees/payment options discussed with you. The promotion does not apply to diagnostics, consumables, laboratory fees, hygiene appointments, follow-up reviews, remedial/restorative work outside the accepted plan, replacement appliances, additional gels, elective/preparatory work or any items otherwise stated as excluded by the treating practice. Finance charges (if any) and third-party fees are excluded.
2.5 Booking and Deposits. Booking for this Promotion is available online via the dedicated promotional landing page only. The practice’s usual deposit and cancellation policy applies to consultations and any subsequent treatment; the policy will be displayed during booking and is available on request. If you do not proceed to treatment, any deposit for treatment (if taken) will be handled in accordance with the practice’s policy.
2.6 Non-transferable; no combination; no cash alternative. The offer is personal to the patient and cannot be transferred. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated. No cash alternative is available.
2.7 Finance. Finance may be available on eligible treatments, subject to status and affordability checks and is only available to applicants aged 18 and over. Rodericks Dental Partners acts as an Introducer Appointed Representative in relation to the provision of credit by third-party lender(s). Further information, including a representative example, is available on request and on the promotional landing page. Full finance terms will be shown at the point of application. Terms and conditions apply. Your actual plan, deposit and term may differ depending on your treatment plan and eligibility.
2.8 Right to withdraw or amend. Rodericks reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion due to events outside its reasonable control. This will not affect patients who have accepted a qualifying treatment plan and paid any required deposit within the applicable timeframe. Product and treatment prices are subject to change.
