Promotion Terms & Conditions
Rodericks Dental Partners Limited (a limited company incorporated in England & Wales, with Company Number: 00190237 and whose registered office is at 15 Basset Court Loake Close, Grange Park, Northampton, England, NN4 5EZ (“Rodericks”) (“us”, “our” or “we”), from time to time runs special offers, deductions, discounts or promotions on treatments (together called the “Promotion” or “Promotions”). Any services purchased by the customer (“you” or “your”) in conjunction with any such Promotions, are subject to the terms and conditions below:
1. General Terms
1.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Standard Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy which can be found at https://rodericksdentalpartners.co.uk/ and any participant of the Promotion is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotions Terms and Conditions and the Standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom, who must be aged 18 or over.
1.2 Only one Promotion can be applied at a time. A Promotion may not be used in combination with other Promotions, or exchanged with any other discounts or be substituted or redeemed for cash, except where specified by us.
1.3 You must mention the Promotion when booking the appointment to redeem.
1.4 Excluded products or treatments will not qualify or be redeemable as a Promotion.
1.5 All Promotions are subject to availability of appointments and your suitability for the treatment as a patient. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, end this Promotion at any time or alter these Promotional Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
1.6 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Promotion or any failure or inability by you to take advantage of a Promotion for any reason.
1.7 Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.
1.8 Product and treatment prices are subject to change.
1.9 All Promotions will state the opening date and time and the closing date and time, and the Promotion will only be open for that term.

1.11 These Promotional Terms and Conditions and this Promotion is governed by English law. Should any disputes arise in connection with this Promotion, and should you wish to take court proceedings, then this must be done within the courts of the United Kingdom.
2. Additional Terms for orthodontic treatment for under 18s Promotion
2.1 Offer and participating practices. This promotion relates to private orthodontic treatment for patients aged under 18 and is available at participating Rodericks practices. Appointment availability is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
2.2 Eligibility and clinical suitability. Patients must be under 18 at the time of assessment. Treatment is only available if, in the clinical judgment of an RDP orthodontic clinician, the patient is clinically suitable. A clinical assessment is required before treatment. If suitability criteria are not met, treatment will not proceed. Where remedial/general dental work is required before orthodontics (e.g. hygiene/periodontal therapy, caries management, extractions), this is outside the promotion and is charged at usual practice fees.
2.3 Prices and scope of treatment.
2.3.1 “Metal braces from £2,500” and “Ceramic braces from £3,000” are “from” prices available for standard treatment configurations at participating practices. The “from” price applies only where the patient’s clinical presentation falls within standard case parameters and the treatment plan is limited to the scope described in clause 2.3.2.
2.3.2 Unless stated in your written treatment plan, the “from” price includes: initial orthodontic assessment, treatment planning and consent, placement of fixed appliances (metal or ceramic, as selected), routine adjustment appointments during active treatment, and de bonding.
2.3.3 The following are not included in the “from” price unless expressly stated in your plan: diagnostic imaging/records (e.g. photographs, X rays/OPG, scans, impressions/3D scans and study models), remedial/general dental treatment (including extractions), periodontal/hygiene treatment, replacement of lost or damaged appliances, repairs due to non-compliance, emergency visits, interproximal reduction where not standard, elastics or auxiliaries beyond standard protocol, fixed or removable retainers and post treatment retention reviews beyond the practice’s standard follow up window. Any excluded items will be discussed with you in advance and charged at the practice’s usual fees.
2.3.4 Complex cases, dual arch treatments where only single arch is included in the “from” price, or treatments requiring additional appliances/procedures may be priced higher; your clinician will provide a written treatment plan and cost before you decide to proceed.
2.4 Booking, deposits and cancellations. Bookings can be made online or via participating practices. The practice’s usual deposit and cancellation policy applies to assessments and any subsequent treatment. The policy will be shown during booking and is available on request. If you decide not to proceed after assessment, any deposit for treatment (if taken) will be dealt with under the practice’s policy.
2.5 Finance. Where finance options are offered, they are subject to status and affordability checks and are available to applicants aged 18 or over only (a parent/guardian will need to be the finance applicant for under 18 patients). Finance is provided by Tabeo Finance Limited. Rodericks Dental Partners Limited (FRN 1024483) is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Tabeo Finance Limited (FRN 777539). Tabeo Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and acts as a credit broker and loan servicer; it will only introduce you to one suitable lender based on your choice of loan. Representative example: Cash price £2,500; deposit £0; 36 monthly payments of £69.45; total amount repayable £2,500; 0% APR representative. Terms and conditions apply. Your actual plan, deposit and term may differ depending on your treatment plan and eligibility.
2.6 Compliance and patient responsibilities. You must follow clinical instructions, maintain oral hygiene and attend scheduled appointments. Failure to do so may extend treatment time, increase costs (e.g. repairs/replacements), or lead to treatment being paused or discontinued.
2.7 Non-transferable; no combination. The promotion is personal to the named patient and cannot be transferred. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
2.8 Marketing and imagery. Any images used are for illustrative purposes only. Treatment plans, timelines and outcomes vary by individual.
2.9 Right to withdraw or amend. Rodericks reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion due to events outside its reasonable control. This will not affect patients who have accepted a qualifying treatment plan and paid any required deposit within the applicable timeframe.
