Whitening Promotion Terms & Conditions
Rodericks Dental Partners Limited (a limited company incorporated in England & Wales, with Company Number: 00190237 and whose registered office is at 15 Basset Court Loake Close, Grange Park, Northampton, England, NN4 5EZ (“Rodericks”) (“us”, “our” or “we”), from time to time runs special offers, deductions, discounts or promotions on treatments (together called the “Promotion” or “Promotions”). Any services purchased by the customer (“you” or “your”) in conjunction with any such Promotions, are subject to the terms and conditions below:
1. General Terms
1.1 These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which can be found via our website: https://rodericksdentalpartners.co.uk/ Any participant of the Promotion is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotions Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Promotions are open to residents of England and Wales only, who must be aged 18 or over.
1.2 Only one Promotion can be applied at a time. A Promotion may not be used in combination with other Promotions, or exchanged with any other discounts or be substituted or redeemed for cash, except where specified by us.
1.3 You must use the online booking link, or mention the Promotion when booking the appointment in person at the practice.
1.4 Excluded products or treatments will not qualify or be redeemable as a Promotion.
1.5 All Promotions are subject to availability of appointments and your suitability for the treatment as a patient. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, end this Promotion at any time or alter these Promotional Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
1.6 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Promotion or any failure or inability by you to take advantage of a Promotion for any reason.
1.7 Additional treatment may be recommended at an additional cost. Any additional treatment and cost will be discussed with you before being carried out.
1.8 Product and treatment prices are subject to change.
1.9 All Promotions will state the opening date and time and the closing date and time, and the Promotion will only be open for that term.

1.11 These Promotional Terms and Conditions and this Promotion is exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales. Should any disputes arise in connection with this Promotion, and should you wish to take court proceedings, then this must be done within the courts of England and Wales.
2. Additional Terms for “Winter Whitening Offer” Promotion
2.1 Offer and dates. The “Winter Whitening” promotional price applies to Boutique home teeth whitening supplied by participating Rodericks practices between 1st November 2025 and 31st December 2025, inclusive. Appointments are subject to availability. See clause 3 below for any promotional period extensions.
2.1 Eligibility. Patients must be aged 18 or over. Whitening is only available if, in the clinical judgment of a Rodericks dentist, you are dentally suitable for whitening. A suitability assessment is required before treatment. If you are not clinically suitable, no whitening will be provided.
2.3 Price and what’s included. The promotional price is £250 for Boutique home whitening per patient. Previously advertised as above £500 at 21 Rodericks’ practices from 1st January 2025 – 31st October 2025. The price includes the provision of one whitening consultation, one set of custom trays and whitening gel in quantities consistent with the Boutique whitening protocol used by the practice, and one standard follow-up as clinically required for whitening. The price does not include any other dental treatment (for example hygiene treatment, fillings, or other remedial work) which may be necessary to achieve dental suitability before whitening. Any such additional treatment will be discussed with you and is chargeable at the practice’s usual fees.
2.4 Practice participation. The offer is available only at participating practices. Availability may vary by location.
2.5 Booking and deposits. Online and in-practice booking is available for whitening assessments. Deposit and cancellation terms are available from your practice on request.
2.6 Time limits for treatment. The suitability assessment must be completed during the offer period. If you are confirmed as suitable, you must commence whitening within 2 weeks of the assessment, subject to the clinician’s advice. If you do not commence treatment within that timeframe, the practice may charge its usual price.
2.7 Non-transferable; no combination. The offer is personal to the patient and cannot be transferred. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
2.8 Finance. Where finance options are offered, they are subject to status and affordability, to applicants aged 18 and over only, and provided by third-party lenders. Terms and conditions apply.
2.9 Marketing and imagery. Any images used are for illustrative purposes only. Results vary between individuals.
2.10 Right to withdraw or amend. Rodericks reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time due to events outside its reasonable control, but this will not affect patients who have already booked and paid deposits for whitening assessments under the promotion.
2.11 Complaints. 3. Offer and extended dates. The “Winter Whitening” promotional price applies to Boutique home teeth whitening supplied by participating Rodericks practices. The original promotional period of 1st November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (inclusive) was extended due to popular demand on 1st January 2026 and now runs from 1 November 2025 to 31st January 2026 (inclusive). All other original promotional terms and conditions continue to apply.
