Practice Manager responsibilities

  • With full accountability for profit and loss, the role focuses on increasing revenue, expanding private and NHS services, and introducing additional and specialist treatments that enhance the patient offering.

  • The Practice Manager identifies new business opportunities, brings ideas to fruition through clear strategy and execution, and works collaboratively with clinical and central teams to maximise performance.

  • Alongside leading and developing high-performing teams, the role ensures regulatory and financial compliance, operational excellence, and an outstanding patient experience, supporting the long-term success and sustainability of the practice.
