Practice Manager responsibilities

With full accountability for profit and loss, the role focuses on increasing revenue, expanding private and NHS services, and introducing additional and specialist treatments that enhance the patient offering.
The Practice Manager identifies new business opportunities, brings ideas to fruition through clear strategy and execution, and works collaboratively with clinical and central teams to maximise performance.
Alongside leading and developing high-performing teams, the role ensures regulatory and financial compliance, operational excellence, and an outstanding patient experience, supporting the long-term success and sustainability of the practice.
