Qualified Dental Nurse responsibilities

  • Working closely with clinicians, Dental Nurses provide chairside support across a range of NHS and private treatments, ensuring procedures run smoothly and efficiently.

  • They are responsible for maintaining high standards of infection control, preparing and decontaminating instruments, managing clinical stock, and ensuring compliance with GDC, CQC, and Health & Safety regulations.

  • Committed to exceptional patient care, the Dental Nurse helps create a calm and reassuring environment, supports patients throughout their treatment journey, and contributes to the overall success and professionalism of the practice through teamwork, organisation, and clinical excellence.
